• All deposits are non-refundable, without exception.

• Prices may vary depending on hair length, volume, texture, and service requirements.

Service Requirements

• Clients must arrive with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise specified.

• Failure to follow instructions may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Microlocs & Loc Services

• Final pricing depends on:

  • hair density

  • length

  • volume

  • method chosen

  • whether extensions are included

• Repair services are charged individually based on the number of locs needing correction.

Liability

• Proud With My Locks is not responsible for:

  • hair damage caused by previous installs or maintenance done elsewhere

  • breakage due to improper care at home

  • allergic reactions to products

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

• inappropriate behavior

• unsanitary conditions

• non-compliance with salon policies
