Booking Policies

Proud With My Locks specializes in Microlocs, Traditional Locs, Retwist, and Repair services.
Please read the booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Payments

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all bookings.

• This deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash (exact amount) or Zelle only.

• No other payment methods are accepted.

• Early-morning appointments before opening hours may incur a $60 early-hour fee.

Late Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee is applied.

• After 20 minutes, the appointment is automatically canceled, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Schedule

• Bookings open monthly, every 1st of the month at 12:00 PM EST.

• Please read all information carefully before booking.

• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the service address.

• This is a home-based studio — please respect the space.

• No extra guests are allowed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

• A new deposit is required to book again.

• All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
