Booking Policies
Proud With My Locks specializes in Microlocs, Traditional Locs, Retwist, and Repair services.
Please read the booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment.
Payments
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all bookings.
This deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash (exact amount) or Zelle only.
No other payment methods are accepted.
Early-morning appointments before opening hours may incur a $60 early-hour fee.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee is applied.
After 20 minutes, the appointment is automatically canceled, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Schedule
Bookings open monthly, every 1st of the month at 12:00 PM EST.
Please read all information carefully before booking.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the service address.
This is a home-based studio — please respect the space.
No extra guests are allowed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
A new deposit is required to book again.
All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
